Service Description
Come join us for an intro lesson in MIG welding. We'll be using the MIG welders as I feel this is the easiest to pick up, and we’ll be welding mild steel. Starting with the basic principles of what welding is and why we need to know them. Then turning on the machine and considerations of welder set up, we'll look at all of the knobs and buttons explaining what they do. Then it's out with the off cuts bin for material to start practicing on. Its will be a show and do from here to start building your technique up, explaining why you've just blown a massive hole through that bit of plate, or why your weld looks like pigeon poop 😂 If you've got a welder at home that you've never taken out of the box, or not got along with bring it with you and we'll see if we can get some joy out of it.

In Brief, RESCHEDULING OF BUILD-IT WORKSHOPS, AND CLASSES a) Rescheduling of Classes and "Build It" Workshops, and classes with More Than 48 Hours Notice: Participants can reschedule their registration for classes and "Build It" workshops free of charge if the rescheduling is done with more than 48 hours notice before the scheduled class or workshop start time. In such cases, The Dream Machine Workshop will accommodate rescheduling requests without any penalty. b) Rescheduling of Classes and "Build It" Workshops, and classes with Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Rescheduling of classes and "Build It" workshops with less than 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time will result in a charge equal to 15% of the total cost of the class or workshop. This fee is applicable to cover administrative and scheduling expenses incurred. CANCELLATION OF CLASSES AND BUILD-IT WORKSHOPS a) Cancellation with More Than 48 Hours Notice: Participants can cancel their registration for classes and workshops free of charge if the cancellation is made with more than 48 hours notice before the scheduled class or workshop start time. In such cases, The Dream Machine Workshop will provide a full refund of any payments made. b) Cancellation with Less Than 48 Hours Notice: If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice before the scheduled class or workshop start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the class or workshop will be applied. This fee is to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
